SQL Database - Import Specific Rows from Large file

Hello!

I am dealing with some fairly large SQL Database Tables, some that can take multiple minutes to fetch/read. Is there a way to import select rows from the table to decrease processing time? This processing time extendings the loading time for an app that I am designing.

(Parralell Computing Toolbox is not an option)

Hi Hayden,

I understand that you have a large database and want to import only a few rows from it, to decrease the processing time.

You can use the “databaseImportOptions” function and set the “RowFilter” property of the function, to the desired condition to import the data you required.
