how to access to simulation tools in simulink programmatically

I would like to setup ROS logger programmatically in order to generate rosbag file (.bag) for all topics in the model.
this step of setup I would do it during model initialisation before running the model.
currantly I don't see any way excepte doing it manualy.
i'm referring to this page.
