Hi,
We are trying to run the Hub motor with Sensorsored technique along with Ti launchpad, TMS320F28379d. As per the reference, When the offset is being measured the motor is spinning. Which implies that the hall sensor and phase sequence are right. We could even measure the parameters of the motor as shown in the reference and saved the parameters for the final FOC file that had to be deployed. But when the mcb_pmsm_foc_hall_f28379d is deployed on the development board, the motor is not spinning according to the reference speed set. Is there anything that we are missing which had to be set or referred to ? What should be done to rotate the hub motor according to the reference speed.?

By implementation Hub motor with hall sensor should work.
As it involves hardware test, it is very dificult to comment without inspecting the model.
Use debug signals in the host model and monitor the signals Id, Iq and ensure they are meeting the references.
Ensure the voltage is not saturated (monitor Vd and Vq).
