How to design a Model reference adaptive controller for photo voltaic system ?

Hi, my name is Arun Raj. I am from Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India. I am doing my M.tech in Control systems. As part of my final year thesis I am implementing a Model reference adaptive controller for photo voltaic systems. My reference paper is attached here. I am in great trouble.
