spatial and temporal mean of ERA5 monthly data

I wish to calculate the spatial and temporal mean of temperature of ERA5 monthly reanalysis data. Data has dimension (lat,lon,time,months) as (5,5,2,65). Any suggestions or one or two lines of matlab would be highly appreciated.
