Service Error in '/' Application while signing in to download adds on

Hi everyone, I'm using MATLAB R2021b and I need to install Optimization Toolbox to run a code. I was trying to get it fron the Adds On section (both clicking into the suggested link of the error in the command window, and re-doing seaching it among the adds on). Everytime I try to log into my account this bumps out after fill in the email

Anyone has any idea?

Hei Lorenzo, I think it was a problem of licences. After an exchange with Mathworks support I decided to re-install everything from scratch. I deactivated every previous expired licence and I installed version 2022b with the actual academic licence I'm using. This solved everything! Hope it works for you as well!

Thank you very much for your help, I also solved the problem by updating MATLAB to version 2022b. It seems that older versions have some licensing issues, as you mentioned!

Hi Angela,

In my understanding, you are trying to access the Add On section of MATLAB and are unable to login. Whenever you try to log in to a MATLAB server an error pops up.

In the given scenario it is likely that your computer’s security software is blocking MATLAB from opening web-based features on the ‘Add-On Explorer’.
