Your question is not clear.
If you happen to be asking about using MATLAB Mobile (also known as MATLAB Connector), then R2010A is the minimum requirement; see http://www.mathworks.com/mobile/system_req.html

The connector depends on libraries and functionality that is not present in MATLAB R2008a or R2008b.
