Dear All, I have query regarding mapped motor blockset. I have dynamometer data of physical motor and I wanto simulate it in matlab using mapped motor blockset. I have doubt in mapping efficiency data table. I do not have values of efficiency at all torque speed combinations. If I take higher speeds and lower torques into consideration, my model does not give accurate results at lower speeds and higher torques. Also it is not possible to get efficiency for high speed and high torque combination as physically motor is incapable to deliver the same. Please help how ca I proceed.

Hi Mayuresh,
I understand that you do not have values of efficiency at all torque speed combinations.
Given the limited availability of efficiency data for different torque-speed combinations, I recommend utilizing interpolation techniques to estimate efficiency values.
Interpolation allows you to fill in the gaps and obtain a more accurate representation of the motor's behaviour.
Linear interpolation, spline interpolation, or polynomial interpolation are viable options to consider, depending on the complexity of the efficiency profile.
Please note that it is important to validate the results against experimental data whenever possible and communicate any assumptions or limitations associated with the interpolation method used in your analysis.
To know more about interpolation techniques, refer to following MATLAB documentation:.

Hope this answers your questions!
