I am interested to see the algorithm used by neural network tool box and its documentation. any help?

There are many algorithms implemented in the Neural Network Toolbox, and the examples in the link include all of them. Is there any specific algorithm you wanted to look into?

should have all the implementations listed! Particularly useful is the nftool command, to have a GUI based training and learning scheme.
