Cat12 can’t write xml files

When I tried to analyse fMRI using cat12 and spm12, there are no xml files in the results and this error appears in command window

The implication is that for some reason the files are not writable and need to be removed (or permission changed)

Roll back to 2022 (2022a works for me). It's a R2023 issue.

I updated to 2024a but it does not work, do you have any other solutions? Thank you
