Where do I ask specific toolbox questions?

My question is quite general. If I need to ask a question regarding a specific toolbox, for example specific questions regarding Communications toolbox, can I do that here?

Is there any other forum specific for different toolboxes?

You do that here. If you want to see other toolbox-specific questions, click on a toolbox listed in the "Refine by product" panel at the left when you're viewing all the questions.
