Payload release from ADC in Simbiology

If in the case one ADC release 4 molecules of payload at once (and ADC change to the mAb), how to describe this reaction in diagram of Simbiology?

Dear Yosuke,

SimBiology supports setting stoichiometry coefficients in reactions.

If you use the Model Builder App, you can first create a reaction as usual and then add stoichiometry coefficients manually by editing the Reaction property:

SimBiology will then generate the ODEs accordingly:
