Hi
Can someone advice me if there is an .fig viewer , which i can provide to people who want to view my figures, instead of me send image files?

No, as far as I'm aware there is no stand-alone viewer for .fig files. One approach you could use to allow your users without MATLAB installed on their machine to view those .fig files is MATLAB Online.

Mabe we could run a script that load a figure and then save it as exe or webapp

exe and webapp? No.

What about App designer, i am working on that. If i was to export my App, would you be able to view a plot from .fig file nativily so someone can zoom in and out?

Is it possible to run MATLAB in a web browser, or how do I obtain a license to run it in a browser as demonstrated in tutorials?

"Is it possible to run MATLAB in a web browser"
Try MATLAB Online. You can use the basic version for free - https://in.mathworks.com/products/matlab-online/matlab-online-versions.html
