When I start MATLAB under OSX 14.1, I got:
2023-10-27 21:04:26.773 MATLAB_maca64[15878:105567] Dragging multiple files using the deprecated NSFilenamesPboardType and dragging API. Please update to the NSDraggingSession API.

Hi Jinbo,
I understand that you are using MATLAB on macOS 10.14.1, and want to resolve the following error:
2023-10-27 21:04:26.773 MATLAB_maca64[15878:105567] Dragging multiple files using the deprecated NSFilenamesPboardType and dragging API. Please update to the NSDraggingSession API.
The above error message is related to the dragging of multiple files in MATLAB under macOS 10.14.1 (Mojave) or later. This warning is related to the use of deprecated dragging APIs and suggests updating to the newer NSDraggingSession API.
Please confirm if you are using an Apple silicon mac or an Intel based mac.
Since you are using macOS X 14.1, Most likely you are using an Intel mac. It seems like MATLAB isn’t installed or configured correctly as ‘maci64’ refers to an Intel x86-64 build of the software, and ‘maca64’ refers to a native Apple Silicon build of the software.
I recommend you uninstall your current MATLAB installation and download the correct MATLAB installer for either macOS (Intel processor) or macOS (Apple silicon) from the following link and continue installation:
I hope this helps!

Nope. I use a Macstudio with M1. My system is Sonoma 14.1. The MATLAB is R2023b with update3
