how to use sound?

i want to sped up&down and tone up&down. for about sound(data,fs), if it is sound(data,fs×2) then, sounds sped twice up and also tone twice up. how can it sound sped down for 0.9 and tone down for 0.95?

See attached demo. Adapt as needed, perhaps adding scroll bars to control fs.
