Design Lane Keeping Assistant using MPC controller

I tried to re-produce the tutorials in the mathworks however I was not succesfull.
Lane Detection --> |------------------| --error-- |------------| --steering-- |--------------|
| Vehicle Dynamics | --------- |Controller| ------------ | Actuator |
Lane Position --> |------------------| |------------| |-------------|
Could you help me with the parameters and the model?
