Serial Configuration: The selected port is not configured

I want to generate code with the Embedded Coder. My Simulink Model has a Serial Receiver and Serial Configuration Block. If I simulate (press on run) in Simulink everything is working. If I generate code I get the error message: The selected port is not configured. Use Serial Configuration block to configure the port. I am using the port and the simulation is working and the transmitted data is shown correct. Does anyone knows how to solve this error message, that I can generate code?
