Matlab Online now has missing toolboxes

I have been using Matlab Online for a number of weeks for school. My school provides the academic license. We need to use various toolboxes like Signal Processing and Control System. It has been working for me until yesterday. Now it says: "Control System Designer requires Control System Toolbox" and when I click on the underlined Control System Toolbox, a pop-up gives me details about the toolbox including it being installed. Did it get disconnected some how? I never did any set up work before, I just logged into the website. See the attached image. I have tried different browsers and different computers.

There was recently an issue with MATLAB Online and Online Licensing; I remember reading a question posted here in the span of last week and subsequently reading about it in the Application Status page.

It could be due to that.

However, the application status history does not reflect it anymore and the note for MATLAB Online just mentions - This incident has been resolved. You can check the note on License Center if you wish as well.

Anyway, I don't think we can give you a complete overview about this matter; it would be best to contact the TMW technical support regarding this - Contact Support. They will be able to provide you with an update and how to resolve this issue.

Also, do not share your license number with anybody, especially on an online forum. I have patched over it and updated the image you attached.

The current recommendation is the exit your session and then launch a new session. There is an intermitent issue, so until a fix is in place, you may need to do this multiple times before you get a good session.
