TDC1000 Package i Matlab

Are Packages available for Texas Instruments TDC 1000 IC in Matlab. I Need to analyze the reflected wave coming from a media interface by connecting the Rx pin of a transducer to TDC1000 IC. But currently there are no packages available for TDC1000 IC. Can i get the TDC1000 IC Packages for Matlab?
