Real-time Raspberry PI 5-Simulink communication

Hi,

how can I establish a real-time communication between Raspberry pi and simulink (sending and receiving data), knowing that i am controling the raspberry pi from another PC using ethernet cable, do i need only the raspberry pi package ?

I am running a keras deep learning model which i wanna send its outputs to simulink model, then generate and send back commands to raspberry PI.
