I experienced something unexpected, saw an error message, or my MATLAB Online session is not allowing me to solve a MATLAB Grader problem. What should I do for general troubleshooting when launching a MATLAB Grader problem in MATLAB Online?

If anything apart from the above mentioned issues goes wrong with launching a Grader problem in MATLAB Online, type "exit" in the MATLAB command window. Before this, please save any of your other work in progress since this will end the session. Now, go back to MATLAB Grader and try launching the problem again.
