Motor & Drive (System Level) not showing power?

My motor & drive (system level) block seems to woking the way I'd like it to in terms of torque and speed... however it's application is to supply an 11MW pulsed load and the 'power dissipated' is showing a flat zero throughout, depsite having speed and torque applied.

Does anyone know why this is and / or how to fix this?

Hi Danny,

The power dissipated value is related to the electrical losses of the Motor & Drive block. If you have left the "Electrical Losses" section of the block parameters as the default values it will be 100% efficient i.e. zero power dissipated. Changing the efficiency parameter will affect the power_dissipated.
