Error in building C++ shared Library

I am getting this error, when I am building cpp shared library with dlls.

Building with 'Microsoft Visual C++ 2017'

LINK: fatal error LNK1181: cannot open inputt file 'gdi32.lib'

It is solved by reinstalling the visual studio.
