When the installer is attempting to download files, a failure to download a file successfully will show as a retry # attempt. The installer will make several attempts to redownload each failed file, but if still unsuccessful, will display an error. To resolve this, Ensure that your computer has a reliable internet connection or switch to an alternate reliable network. Should the Installer continue to face connection issues, opt for an offline installation.

Additionally, consider the following measures to troubleshoot the problem:

• An anti-virus or security software may disrupt the MATLAB installation process. Temporarily disable any such programs and attempt the installation again.
• There may be an issue with the target installation directory. Rerun the installer and specify a new directory that did not previously exist on the system.
• Remove the folder in the following path as well: C:\Users\<username>\ AppData\Local\MathWorks\MATLAB\R20XXx
• In case you installed a MATLAB prerelease earlier, uninstall it before reinstalling the software.

following the question, since there are files（or maybe products) downloaded, should i delete them when i reinstall again or MATLAB can automatically detect the existence of these files and download those undownloaded?
