How to Change Email Used for Matlab Account?

My university have just decided to change all of our email address from [e-mail] to [e-mail]. The university told us that the old email address will no longer work after this month -- meaning no longer receive any emails at the old address. Because of this, I MUST change the email I used resgistering with Matlab. However, Matlab's website doen't allow me to change email address. What should I do?

You tried the steps given in this Answers post and it didn't work? If so please contact Customer Service and ask them to change the email account associated with your MathWorks account (and probably your Community Profile as well.)
