Equation to forecast some data

Good afternoon everyone,

I have a work to do. I have a table with three columns (the first is time, the second is the number of cars in each time, and the third is the percentage of how many of these cars are black).

The idea is to create an equation to predict the percentage of black cars by the number of cars (eg: black_cars = e ^ num_cars*log(time))

Does anyone have any idea that might help, PLEASE?
