Before contacting Sales I recommend checking your email spam folder just in case the mail with installation information got misclassified. But if you don't see that email, yes contacting Sales or Customer Support would proably be my next step. Calling Customer Support might be a quicker option. See this page for contact information.

Sorry, but no. You need to buy a valid license to use it.

Of course, you can get other, similar tools like Octave. It is reasonably a MATLAB clone, though I am sure not completely so. And it is free.

Are you asking how to buy a MATLAB license? If so then in many countries you can purchase directly from Mathworks; https://www.mathworks.com/store/ . However, in some countries you need to purchase through a distributor

Or are you asking how to use Octave? Octave can be downloaded from https://www.gnu.org/software/octave/download
