Transmit and receive qpsk using adalm-pluto on matlab simulink software

Hello. I cannot recover the signal after the Adalm-pluto receiver block. I saw on the internet that before synchronizing the carrer, the phase signal they got was circular and mine got a very bad signal. Can you help me?

The frequency used is 50KHz, the sampling frequency is 200KHz

Assuming that phase noise is present, The constellation looks like the signal is affected by phase noise. Have you considered removing in the receiver part?

The signal after the adalm-ploto receiver block has not gone through any synchronization blocks yet. I see online that person hasn't put through any synchronization block yet
