Changing material from PEC in installedAntenna example

I am reading through the installAntenna Matlab guide where they create a platform with a stl file. However, the material is default to PEC. How can we make it so that the material is aluminum and not PEC? How can we also make the wings a different material than the fuselage?

Hey Vedant,

While you can import various geometries as platforms as STL or STEP files, they are always treated as Perfect Electric Conductor (PEC). The goal of Antenna Toolbox is to analyse the interaction of an array of antennas with each other rather than with the platform material.

The installedAntenna object as well as platform object do not have a property that corresponds to specifying the material nor material properties. You can refer to their documentation at the link below for more information:
