Need offline installer for MATLAB version R2023a.

I work for the Army Global Cyber Center and have been tasked with making MATLAB installable for users moving to a new Army forest. The customer can supply the installer they have, but I need to verify that the software they have supplied is clean source.

Can I download the software directly, or is their some other method to verify what I already have is clean source?

Alternately, use https://www.mathworks.com/downloads/ and select R2023a on the upper left, and in the upper middle, change "I want to" to "get ISOs and DMGs" and then proceed to download the (multiple!) ISOs and install from those.
