Hi,

Try the following ways to resolve:

1. Create a new model in a different folder and try Build/External mode.
2. If the issue still occurs, uninstall the STM32 supportpackage and reinstall it from the add-ons. Try to perform Build/External mode after you reinstall.
3. Incase its still not resolved please conatct technical support Contact Support - MATLAB & Simulink.
