Im not able to find the powergui block with my school license?

I'm not able to find the powergui or specialized systems category even tho I have a license through my college for matlab? How can I fix this? this is what shows up when I click on the simscape library.

However, given that you are using R2018a, you should be able to access it.

This makes me doubt if you are really working with R2018a.
