Code generation fails with "Error loading memory section definitions. Cannot find package" error

When I try to generate code from my model in MATLAB R2023b, it fails with:

Error loading memory section definitions.

Cannot find package 'TI'

The error message indicates that the code generation process is unable to load the custom data package specified via the following model parameter:

>> get_param(bdroot,"MemSecPackage")

ans =

         'TI'

Make sure the custom data package is available in your MATLAB session. If your model no longer uses this custom data package, reset the setting via:

>> set_param(bdroot,"MemSecPackage","--- None ---")
