Can't use Reduced Order Modeling Support Package in matlab 2025b.

when i use a toolbox named Reduced Order Modeling Support Package in matlab 2025b,the version in add-on management is 3.1 but it is 1.0 when i use 'ver' command to search.And when i use the command -reducedOrderModeler(),matlab will report an error like this-'The Reduced Order Modeler App requires the System Identification and Statistics and Machine Learning Toolboxes. To create neural network based reduced order models the App requires the Deep Learning Toolbox.'But i truly have the other toolboxes.
