Changed behaviour in paste to cmd in R2026a

Hi,

I have noticed a change in copy/paste behaviour after updating from R2023b to R2026a: pasted text (including '\n') no longer executes immediately in R2026a. Is there any way to change this?

This behaviour changed as of R2024a, which corresponded to the start of the new desktop.

I would not inherently expect there to be a way to change this behaviour, but there might be a way that I am not aware of.
