Defining variables to comput the ISNR

Hi,
I have to modify a script so that it automatically computes the ISNR. I learned that the formula for computing the ISNR is ISRN=10*log10(num/den). However, I don't know how to define "num" and "den".
num = sum of all the terms of the squared difference between original and noisy
den = sum of all the terms of the squared difference between original and restored
Can someone help me with this?
Regards,
Daniel
