Knapsack problem using genetic algorithm

I'm trying to solve the 01 Knapsack problem using genetic algorithm, with roulette wheel selection, Tournament selection, Crossover single Uniform crossover. But I don't know how to star, if someone have any idea or references to do this, I will thank a lot.
