Hello everybody,
I just installed Matlab 2015a (academic license) and found the simulink library browser empty, besides the recently used blocks entry (which is empty). System is a Win7 Proffesional 64bit.
What can I do about it?

Maybe your MATLAB install's path or toolbox cache got corrupted. If you try run the following commands in MATLAB and try opening the Library Browser again, what do you see?
>> restoredefaultpath
>> rehash toolboxcache
Then, you can refresh the library browser by pressing right-clicking and selecting "Refresh Library Browser" (or hitting F5 on Windows).

I had the same problem, with no blocks appeared when opening the Simulink Library Browser. It only stated "Recently Used Blocks", but everything was empty.
I went into "Preferences" in Matlab -> "Simulink" -> "Open Simulink preferences" A new windows appears: Go to "Data Management Defaults" -> select "Simulink" as package and hit refresh.
Now I have the blocks in my library.
