Unable to Start Matlab

I had downloaded and installed Matlab R2015a in widows 7 enterprise (64 bit). I am however unable to start MATLAB. when I click on the Matlab icon the splash screen comes up and goes away almost instantly. I had initially resolved this issue based on the below solution which I had found on the web, but that does not work now. How should I proceed to fix this. Thanks!

Solution which once worked but no longer works for me:

1. open control panel>system>advanced>envirionmental variables
2. click new under your username variables
3. name it MATLAB_RESERVE_LO and set it to 0
4. logout and back in, start matlab (it will work :o)

@YUVRAJ RAWAT,They will help you. We have no idea how to help you. All we know is that you're using a 6 year old version of MATLAB (R2015a) and it won't start for some reason. That's not much to go on. Just try re-installing, rebooting, etc. That's all I can suggest.

I'm going to bed now. Call them in 8 hours (8 a.m. Eastern US time) and they will give you help. They can even set up a screen sharing session where they can see what's going on and drive your computer. I can't/won't do that, but they will. Good luck tomorrow.

Call them and you will get free help for all versions of MATLAB. This is the fastest way to get it working (during normal business hours).

@ i have recently install around 50 matlab software to my friends. I deal with 2007 to 2015 versions. I face a lot of time such problem , my observations has to this problem has mentioned in my answer

I do see that you may very well be right but I got a new license key and it has the same problem. Worked once. I exit from the program and it does not work.

May be the registry is corrupted and it sees the license as expired or something? How do I fix that part. I have installed and reinstalled 5-6 times and every time it just works once.

download again matlab , some of the files encrypted during downloading. Your license may not properly working

remove the previous folder from the c drive if you installing there. Also remove the previous download versions. And now after complete clearing start download new version & then install. I sure you have license key problem. Get some valid or non encrypt license key. See also are you installing correct operating system which is your system. If you find the solution. Please accept my answer..

I had done a clean install and it did not work. On restarting my computer it worked. Next day again same problem and now restarting the computer does not resolve it. Do I need to reinstall every time I need it to work? Also the license key is given by Matlab for the free trial software.

problem is that , your license key is clashing some other software which has install on your pc , that why . Check also drive capacity

How can a license key clash with some other software on the PC? The other software isn't going to be looking for license keys in inside MATHWORK's portion of the registry.
