Why the radiated power from an array is not dependent on the antenna gain rather it depends on the antenna power pattern ?

I was expecting that the amount of power that gets radiated from an array should be in accordance to what value the plotResponse reads when draws in "dBi" scale but I am observing that it actually corresponds to what the plotResponse reads at "dB" scale.... Isn't it that radiated power from antenna is given by PtGt ?
