Above reference not clear so so give me one simulink file with m file ,then how call simulink file to m file ? any idea sir?

I agree. The sim command help page is most unhelpful. I just need to pass inputs to a block, execute it and read its outputs - the help page is not clear on this. Additionally it uses an example of a block that isn't shipped as standard.
