Does anyone know the coding for Welch Method

I'm new to matlab, and I was wondering if anyone know the Welch coding W/Hz by Hz. Thank you.

Do you have any idea on converting dB/Hz to W/Hz? I'm not too sure.

For a time series in volts, if you assume a resistance of 1 Ω and specify the sampling frequency in hertz, the PSD estimate is in watts per hertz.
