four points grid interpolation function

lat1=87.5;
lat2=85;
lon1=-180;
lon2=-175;

coordinates of point_1= [lat2,lon2]; 
coordinates of point_2=[lat1,lon2];
coordinates of point_3=[lat1,lon1];
coordinates of point_4=[lat2,lon1];

value_point_1=268;
value_point_2=260;
value_point_3=259;
value_point_4=266;

evaluated_point_coordinates=[86,-177];
