I am currently working for a project titled " Automated detection of Microaneurysms for the Diagnosis of Diabetic Retinopathy". Unfortunately, I could not find the matlab code for the detection of micro aneurysm although there are countless books, journals and research papers relating this topic. i would appreciate if anyone can help or guide me.

Oh, come on. It is your project, not ours. If there are countless books, papers, etc., then surely one of them describes some methodology. So take that methodology, and start writing code for it. IF and when you have a specific problem about MATLAB, then ask a question.
