Matlab 2011b intaller close down

I see the Matlab logo window and then it closes and nothing happens after that. Before this problem i've tried to run the installation and it failed while connecting to the license site online. I cannot run the installation since then. Thanks, Demi

Installation support is provided free of charge. I'd suggest calling and seeing if they can get your problem figured out.
