3d-Spline interpolation

Hey guys,

i need to get the coefficients from a function out of points. Given are just the 3-dimensional Points (X/Y/Z) and i need to find a function in matlab 2011 to interpolate those to a function. Nevertheless i want to get the coefficients from that function. Is that possible?
