Repeated error when opening m-files - R2015b

Whenever I open a saved m-file I get the following list of errors. It doesn't matter if it is a file from a previous computer or a newly created one. I have tried reinstalling MATLAB, including complete uninstall, computer restart and new installation. I checked, the 'mm_rmidd_mi.dll' file does exist in the designated folder. Here is the error list I get:
Can't reload 'C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2015b\bin\win64\mm_rmidd_mi.dll'
Error in rmidata.RmiData
Error in rmiml.RmiMlData
Error in rmiml.RmiMlData.getInstance
Error in rmiml.getAll

I'm afraid not. I am using Microsoft Security Essentials for anti-virus. I checked the quarantine and the file is not there, nor have there been any warnings. The file is right where it's supposed to be.

Hello everyone,
I encountered the same problem as mentioned above. Also when starting Simulink I get the information that 'sl_graphical_classes.dll' can't be reloaded. Which frustrates me the most is that my co-worker used the same insallation DVD and it's running without problems. I already tried to install it again and totally erased the last files of previous matlab versions. But I am running out of Ideas.
