Reinstalling Matlab

I have Matlab and Simulink R2010a student version and I need to reinstall it on my laptop for the spring semester.
My problem is that when I bought the student version, I just downloaded it so I don't have a means to reinstall it.
How do I go about this? Will Matlab allow me to download it again for the same license?
