How to differentiate tree like object in a binary image ?

Sir I have a binary image with different objects where one of them is 'tree like' structure (A) and one of them is 'circular object with a hole' inside (B). How can I differentiate them from other object. I want to label only these two for further processing . Is it possible to differentiate the object B from the circle by using regionprops function? Thank You
