MATLAB 2015b startup error Unhandled C++ exception

I've just downloaded and installed MATLAB and when I try to run the program using the shortcut it doesn't even load, I have to go to the file location and open it with admin privileges and I get this error message.

I tried to reinstall all version opf C++ but non is solving the problem. Can anyone help here pls?

Why haven't you called the Mathworks yet for your free and fast installation help (even for student editions)? If there was an answer, they'd have it in their database and could talk you through it. Please call now. There is no reason not to.
